Fruitcake Season Begins

The kitchen in Mepkin Abbey was buzzing with activity, albeit silently, as a team of volunteers gathered under the leadership of Father Joe and Chef Enzo to prepare fruitcakes. This is an annual event, and the fruitcakes are highly sought after, especially in the store during the Crèche Festival. We are very grateful to all who volunteer their time to producing these delicious cakes that give so much pleasure to all who look forward to enjoying them over the Christmas season each year.

Fruitcakes will be sold in the Abbey Store around the beginning of November. You can order them by phone have them mailed to you. (Online orders not available.)
