I am sitting on the bench by the Cooper River,
The space where I feel I am a bridge between
The Outer and Inner world.
I am the COVID Virus and the Cure.
I am the Patient and the Doctor.
I am the Smog and the Clean Air.
I am the Grief of those who survive
And the Freedom of those who do not.
I am the Caged Feeling of pandemic
And Set Free into deeper and wider spaces.
I am the Fear of where this is taking us
And I am already there Beyond Fear.
I am experiencing the Last Hurrah to
An old self and way of doing things
And welcoming a New Enlivened self.
I am honoring my Need to Know
And letting things Flow.
I am Flowing Into all that is around me
And Out Of all living reality.
I Am All That Is.
