Oyster Mushrooms in Red Wine and Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 shallots, minced
- 1 lb of Oyster Mushrooms (or whatever you have)
- 2 tablespoons of Red Wine (add more if you prefer)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ lb Fettuccine pasta
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Add chicken broth red wine and cream and continue to cook on low till all flavors are blending and the sauce is getting a little thick. Add seasonings and you have it. Just sauté the shallots or onions and garlic with the mushrooms and sauté till tender.
